Congratulations to our Senior Model Chelsea Spruance who didn’t waste any time winning Miss Photogenic in the Nationals Miss Teen Wilmington Pageant, Miss Teen Photogenic and Overall Most Photogenic And BTW, she placed 4th overall in the Miss Teen Delaware Pageant.
